Activity – Multiples & LCM

Instructions

Step 1: To start, make sure only the box “Show Multiples” is checked.

Step 2: Click inside the three boxes and delete the default numbers, and then press the Enter key on your keyboard. This resets the activity.

Step 3: Enter the number 2, and press the Enter key. Observe the numbers where the wave passes through.

Step 4: Enter the number 3, and press the Enter key. Observe the numbers where the wave passes through.

Step 5: Enter the number 4, and press the Enter key. Observe the numbers where the wave passes through.

Step 6: Write down the two numbers where all three waves pass through on the graph.

Step 7: Delete all three numbers and repeat the activity with the given set of numbers below, and answer the questions that follow.
