Step 1: Make sure that only the box at the top is checked.
Step 2: Pull all the sliders to the left.
Step 3: Click on the units slider to select it.
Step 4: Without changing it form zero, toggle between the forward and backward arrow keys on your keyboard. This defines the units’ region on the number line.
Step 5: Do that for the rest of the sliders.
Step 6: Create different numbers by playing around with all the sliders and follow the red arrow to see their positions on the number line.
Step 7: Repeat all the steps after checking the second box below.
